Raised in Rochester, N.Y., Moore moved to California when he was a senior in high school. He was a local contractor and avid sportsman. In his spare time, he could be found on a lake, pursuing his interests as a professional bass fisherman, or on a golf course. Moore was an active member of the Brentwood Men’s Golf Club.
Moore was a father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. He is survived by his loving daughter, Jamie Waller; son-in-law, Bo Waller; sister, Terry Moore; and grandchildren, Michael, Joseph, Johnny, Justin and Kathryn.
A mass in his remembrance will be held Monday, Aug. 27 at 11 a.m. in Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 500 Fairview Ave. in Brentwood.
