Aug. 13, 2:04 p.m. A subject contacted on Second Street and found to be a runaway from Oakley was returned home.

Aug. 13, 6:47 p.m. An unidentified person removed a vehicle parked on Gladstone Drive without the owner’s permission.

Aug. 13, 10:01 p.m. A subject who had punched another subject was contacted in front of a residence on Village Drive and found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. He fled from officers and resisted arrest, but was apprehended, arrested and released on a Promise to Appear.

Aug. 13, 11:14 p.m. On Marshall Drive, an unidentified subject punched another subject in the mouth.

Aug. 13, 11:16 p.m. An unidentified person stole a rubber stamp from a business on Sand Creek Road.

Aug. 14, 8:18 a.m. A subject contacted on Marina Way regarding an outstanding arrest warrant was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Aug. 14, 10:20 a.m. On Central Boulevard at Fairview Avenue, a subject stopped for a mechanical violation was found to be driving without a license. The vehicle was stored.

Aug. 14, 1:31 p.m. A driver made an unsafe turn on Balfour Road at American Avenue and struck the center median. No injuries were reported, but the vehicle was towed from the scene.

Aug. 14, 1:47 p.m. Two subjects were engaged in a physical altercation on Neroly Road at Dynasty Drive.

Aug. 14, 2:28 p.m. On Sand Creek Road at Shady Willow Lane, a subject stopped for expired registration was found to be driving on a suspended license. The vehicle was impounded.

Aug. 14, 3:10 p.m. A subject who pushed another subject following a verbal argument on Second Street was arrested and released on a Promise to Appear.

Aug. 14, 5:19 p.m. A driver broadsided another vehicle on Minnesota Avenue at Balfour Road.

Aug. 14, 7:57 p.m. An unidentified driver struck a vehicle parked on Sand Creek Road and fled the scene without providing contact information.

Aug. 14, 9:29 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Sand Creek Road, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving without a license.

Aug. 14, 9:57 p.m. On Central Boulevard at Second Street, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving on a suspended license and have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. The vehicle was impounded.

Aug. 14, 11:24 p.m. A resident of Birch Street reported that nine days earlier, an unidentified person had discharged a firearm at his rear door. No injuries were observed or reported.
