In order to receive their high school credential, those who have taken the 2002 Series GED test, but not passed all five parts, have until the end of 2013 to pass or be required to start over in 2014.
“The GED test opens doors to college, better jobs, the respect adults deserve and the satisfaction of earning a high school credential,” said Tara Torres, GED instructor of Liberty Adult School. “So we want to be sure that everyone is aware of this deadline. GED test-takers must act now to finish and pass before the current test expires.”
“Support is available, right here in Brentwood,” said Torres. “We can help adult learners get prepared to take the parts of the GED test they still need to pass.”
Liberty Adult School administers the GED exam series every month. For the next available testing dates, call 925-634-2565.
“To anyone who has already started the GED test, your future is calling,” said Randy Trask, president and CEO of GED Testing Service. “By passing the GED test, you can answer that call. You owe it to yourself. Don’t miss the chance to turn one small step into your next big opportunity in life.”
