The Delta Patriots Rookies brought home the title at the DYSA NorCal League competition.

The Varsity squad took third with a fantastic tumbling and dance performance. The Rookies brought down the house, taking home top honors in the entire division – no small feat for this bunch of young ladies. The Delta Patriots football players were all there to cheer on their girls – and stormed the mats with them when the first-place winner was announced. It was a great moment for the Delta Patriots Football and Cheer Organization.
Previously the cheerleaders competed in the USA Spirit Cheer competition in Santa Cruz, where the Rookies, JV and Varsity squads all earned bids to nationals in Disneyland. The next big event for the Delta Patriots Cheer organization will be its showcase event, held at Heritage High School on Sunday, Oct. 21.
