Feb. 25, 2:47 a.m. A driver involved in a vehicle stop on Brentwood Boulevard at Sims Road was found to be in possession and under the influence of a controlled substance. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 25, 5:23 p.m. A pedestrian entered a crosswalk into oncoming traffic on Balfour Road at Minnesota Avenue and was struck by a vehicle. The pedestrian was transported to John Muir Medical Center via Calstar.

Feb. 26, 8:14 a.m. An unidentified person stole tires and rims from a vehicle parked on Brentwood Boulevard.

Feb. 26, 1:15 p.m. A vehicle was reported stolen from a parking lot on Maple Street at Second Street.

Feb. 26, 2:17 p.m. A resident of Ashford Place reported that jewelry has been taken from her home.

Feb. 26, 4:20 p.m. On Maple Street, a stolen vehicle was found where it was originally parked.

Feb. 26, 7:57 p.m. An unidentified person used the credit card information of a resident of Alder Creek Way to purchase items.

Feb. 27, 5:38 p.m. At a business on Lone Tree Way, an unidentified person used a fake $100 bill to pay for dinner.

Feb. 27, 11:55 p.m. A subject stopped on Brentwood Boulevard for vehicle code violations was found to be driving without a valid license. The passenger, who owned the vehicle, was determined to have put false registration tabs on the vehicle. The driver was cited, the passenger was arrested, and both were released on a Notice to Appear. The vehicle was impounded.

Feb. 28, 12:12 a.m. A driver who struck the center median on Balfour Road at Armstrong Way was found to be DUI. He was arrested and booked at the Brentwood Police Department.

Feb. 28, 4:01 a.m. Two subjects were involved in physical altercation on Lone Tree Way. One was found to be in possession of an 18-inch wooden baseball bat. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. The other subject was arrested and released on a Promise To Appear.

Feb. 28, 6:14 p.m. A vehicle parked on Wright Court was found to have registration expired for more than six months. The vehicle was towed.

Feb. 28, 11:15 p.m. A subject passed out in a parking lot on Brentwood Boulevard was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

March 1, 1:43 a.m. A passenger in a vehicle stopped for code violations was found to be on felony probation and under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

March 1, 8:32 p.m. A passenger in a vehicle involved in a traffic stop on Brentwood Boulevard at Central Avenue was found to have a no bail warrant. He was transported to Juvenile Hall.
