It was a dark and stormy night, but nothing could dampen the spirits of the participants – including Snoopy atop his locomotive – at the annual Willow Lake Boat Parade.

More than 14 boats and countless land-based spectators braved the wet and cold last weekend to light up the bays around Discovery Bay’s Willow Lake community.
