Soroptimist International of Antioch is offering a $1,000 Leta Sater Scholarship to a 2013 graduating senior girl who resides in Antioch and is pursuing further full-time education at a community college, four-year college or vocational school. Applications will be judged on academic performance, community service, extra-curricular activities, clarity of purpose and determination.
