The Discovery Bay Lions Club Crab Feed, one of the organization’s major fundraising events, will be held Saturday, Feb. 23 at St. Anne Church in Byron.

The festivities feature DJ Kimmy Karr and more than 70 raffle prizes.

“We always have an award for the best theme, and this year we’ll add more categories so we’ll have more winners,” said Lion Dave Cirulli. “We have many events to help raise money for our kids and community,” said Lion Jim Mattison. “And we’re always looking for sponsors and great raffle gifts to help those many in need.”

Since last year’s event was sold out, early ticket purchase is recommended. No tickets will be sold at the door.

To purchase tickets, provide a raffle gift or for more information, call Jim at 925-513-9032 or Dave at 925-513-1436.

Tickets may also be purchased online at www.discoverybaylions.com, at the UPS store in the Safeway shopping center or at the Boardwalk Grill at the Marina.
