Dec. 28, 2:19 p.m. A subject contacted on First Street and found in possession of a controlled substance was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Dec. 28, 7:03 p.m. An unidentified person stole a laminator from a business on Lone Tree Way. Estimated loss: $300.
Dec. 28, 8:41 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. The vehicle was impounded.
Dec. 29, 2:01 a.m. A subject contacted on Balfour Road during a traffic-enforcement stop was found to be under the influence of alcohol while on DUI probation with a no-alcohol clause. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Dec. 29, 2:28 a.m. On Valley Green Drive, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Dec. 29, 2:52 a.m. A resident of Village Drive placed two subjects under citizen’s arrest for disturbing the peace.
Dec. 29, 7:11 a.m. An unidentified person broke into a vehicle parked on Arlington Court and stole four firearms.
Dec. 29, 8:26 p.m. A resident of Larkspur Lane returned home to find a window open and the family dog outside the residence.
Dec. 29, 10:23 p.m. A subject contacted on Birch Street was found to be under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Dec. 29, 11:14 p.m. A subject contacted on Windsor Way was found to be on felony probation and in possession of a knife. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Dec. 30, 12:35 a.m. A vehicle stolen in Sacramento was recovered on Central Boulevard.
Dec. 30, 1:29 a.m. An unidentified person stole a vehicle parked on Lone Tree Way.
Dec. 30, 2:32 a.m. A subject contacted on Birch Street was found in violation of a domestic-violence restraining order. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Dec. 30, 3:13 a.m. On Garland Way, a driver lost control of his vehicle and struck a fire hydrant, wall and light pole.
Dec. 30, 9:08 a.m. An unidentified person stole an iPad from a residence on Canyonwood Court during a gathering.
Dec. 30, 11:12 p.m. An unidentified person stole a bicycle valued at $2,600 from a residence on Mills Drive.
Dec. 31, 12:27 a.m. On Lone Tree Way, a subject struck another subject multiple times. The victim declined medical attention and prosecution.
Dec. 31, 3:35 a.m. On East Country Club Drive, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving on a license suspended for DUI. He was arrested and released on a Promise To Appear. The vehicle was stored.
Dec. 31, 10:07 a.m. An unidentified person entered a business on Sand Creek Road through an unsecured door and stole a locked safe. Estimated loss: $6,000.
Dec. 31, 10:54 a.m. An unidentified person jumped multiple times on the hood of a vehicle parked on Anastasia Drive, causing an estimated $700 in damage.
Dec. 31, 12:27 p.m. An unidentified person entered a business on Sand Creek Road, tried on two hoodie pullover sweatshirts, two sweatpants plus a crew-neck sweatshirt, concealed the merchandise inside her large purse and walked out of the store without paying. Loss: $140.
Dec. 31, 7:02 p.m. An abandoned baby stroller was found in a park on Atherton Boulevard.
Dec. 31, 10:56 p.m. During a vehicle check conducted on Brentwood Boulevard, two subjects were found in possession of methamphetamine. Both were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Jan. 1, 12:38 a.m. On Oak Street, three subjects who battered two subjects were placed under citizen’s arrest and released on a Promise To Appear.
Jan. 1, 1:24 a.m. On Walnut Boulevard, an unidentified subject punched another subject in the face, causing her to drop her wallet. The assailant picked up the wallet and fled the scene. The victim declined medical attention.
Jan. 1, 1:39 a.m. Two subjects engaged in a physical altercation in the roadway on Brentwood Boulevard were found to be intoxicated and unable to care for their safety. Both were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Jan. 1, 2:25 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, a subject was arrested and transported to Juvenile Hall for violating the terms of his probation.
Jan. 1, 2:51 p.m. Two subjects caught riding dirt bikes in a park on McClarren Road, damaging the grass, were placed under citizen’s arrest. One subject was released on a Promise To Appear; the other on a Juvenile Affidavit.
Jan. 1, 7:24 p.m. A resident of Bountiful Way turned in a package containing suspected marijuana that had been delivered to his residence.
