Jan. 3, 8:33 a.m. An unidentified person forced entry into a vehicle parked on Avocado Place and stole items valued at $1,199.

Jan. 3, 12:31 p.m. A subject contacted on Blue Ridge Avenue for an outstanding no-bail misdemeanor warrant was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Jan. 3, 3:51 p.m. A subject contacted during a traffic enforcement stop on Brentwood Boulevard was found to be on probation and in possession of counterfeit $20 bills. A passenger in the vehicle was found in possession of a controlled narcotic. Both were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Jan. 3, 4:31 p.m. An unidentified person used a stolen identity and credit card to obtain goods at a business on Sand Creek Road. Estimated loss: $510.

Jan. 3, 9:37 p.m. On Jeffery Way, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving under the influence of marijuana. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Jan. 4, 12:14 a.m. On Havenwood Avenue, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving on a license suspended for DUI. He was arrested and released on a Notice To Appear.

Jan. 4, 1:03 a.m. On Balfour Road, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Jan. 4, 12:23 p.m. A vehicle stolen in San Francisco was recovered unoccupied in a parking lot on Sand Creek Road.

Jan. 4, 1:15 p.m. An unidentified person stole a vehicle parked on Norris Street.

Jan. 4, 1:39 p.m. On Stanwick Street, a parked vehicle with the engine running but no key in the ignition was discovered to have been stolen in Richmond.

Jan. 5, 1:16 a.m. Two unidentified subjects assaulted three other subjects on Sand Creek Road. The victims declined medical attention.

Jan. 5, 2:54 a.m. On Oak Street, a subject was found to be driving with alcohol in his system in violation of probation conditions. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Jan. 5, 3:19 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, a subject found to be intoxicated in public was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Jan. 5, 10:34 a.m. On State Route 4, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was cited for driving without a license. The vehicle was impounded.

Jan. 5, 2:11 p.m. An unidentified person stole seven ties from a business on Lone Tree Way. Estimated loss: $266.

Jan. 5, 5:18 p.m. On Peachwillow Drive, a subject was cited for driving on a license suspended for negligent operation. Her vehicle was towed and put on a 30-day hold.

Jan. 5, 5:21 p.m. A subject caught shoplifting at a business on Sand Creek Road was arrested and released to his parents on a Juvenile Affidavit.

Jan. 7, 10:01 a.m. A subject was seen standing in front a residence on Trent Place while a second subject knocked on front door. Both subjects were confronted by neighbors and fled the area.

Jan. 7, 10:53 a.m. A vehicle stolen on Nighthawk Way was recovered by the California Highway Patrol in Tracy. The vehicle had been burned.

Jan. 7, 11:11 a.m. A driver who struck a vehicle during a parking maneuver on Balfour Road was found to be unlicensed.

Jan. 7, 11:14 a.m. A subject contacted on Brentwood Boulevard was found to be under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Jan. 8, 11:23 p.m. On Lone Tree Way, a subject contacted for vehicle code violations was found to be on felony and misdemeanor probation. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
