Fachner was last seen Feb. 5 at the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center in Martinez. He was admitted for evaluation the previous day and released. He has not returned home and has not contacted his family. Fachner, who suffers from a brain disorder, is not in possession of his medications and is considered at-risk. He was reported missing on Feb. 9. Area and out-of-state law enforcement agencies were notified and he was entered into the state’s missing persons database.
Fachner is a white male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last wearing brown shorts and dark brown boots.
