Brentwood sculptor Cindy Williamson will be showing her 2013 sculpture “Checking for Signs” April 4 through May 25 at the George Krevsky Gallery in San Francisco. This will be Williamson’s third year as a featured sculptor at the GKG.

Her newest sculpture, in ceramic, stands 30 inches tall and features her signature style of intense deep texture and a limited palette of color. First begun in 2009, the Negro league Baseball Players series has been well received. Each sculpture is a valuable asset in baseball art collections across the United States.

An opening reception will be held Thursday, April 4 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The George Krevsky Gallery is located at 77 Geary St. in San Francisco’s Union Square.
