East County is well represented in the competition that features student representatives from more than 100 California schools.
Students from Brentwood Elementary, top left, and Garin Elementary, bottom left, will compete along with students from Krey Elementary and Bristow Middle schools.
A team from Holy Rosary School in Antioch has also qualified for the competition.
Odyssey of the Mind is an international program that emphasizes creative – and fun – problem solving.
