Tyler Connell, a 2012 Heritage High School graduate, has completed his FAA Instrument Rating at Rocky Mountain College, where he is a freshman majoring in aeronautical science.

The aeronautical science program includes a four-year baccalaureate degree that prepares graduates for careers as professional pilots.

Tyler, son of Christine Connell, plans to complete his commercial pilot rating this year – another milestone toward his goal of flying for Jet Blue.
