The lone double winner of the recent meet was Patriot Nik Brix in the 100 Breaststroke (1:03.58) and 100 Butterfly (57.71). Other outstanding times were posted by Heritage swimmers Garrin Bailey in the 200 IM (2:10.74) and Karl Mehta in the 100 Freestyle (51.41), barely touching out Liberty’s Ben Keisic (52.10).
The Liberty girls team squeaked out a win over the hosting Patriots 93-90 right at the end of the meet. Outstanding times for Liberty were posted by Kaitlyn Holmsten in the 50 Free (26.28) and Michelle Reinmuth, Jenna Sarmento, Lindsey Hull and Emma Foehr in and the 200 Free Relay (1:51.78).
Double event winners for Heritage were Madison Applegate in the 200 Free (1:58.52) and 100 Free (55.43) and Shelby Ross in the 200 IM (2:21.32) and 500 Free (5:51.89). Other Patriot event winners were Jessica Crawford in the 100 Fly (1:08.94) and Hana Bruno in the 100 Breast (1:15.69), both outstanding times.
