Author, business consultant and community designer Christine Harrison will be at Barnes & Noble, 5709 Lone Tree Way in Antioch, on Tuesday July 13 at 4:30 p.m. to sign copies of her book “How To Play Nice Together: Creating Communities Locally and Globally.” The event is free and open to the public.

What happens when seven strangers who have nothing in common are brought together to design a community? How will they react to one another? Can they put aside personal differences for the common goal of the new community? In order to be successful, they’ll need to work out their own sense of self to appreciate the shared influence of each other’s personalities.

In “How to Play Nice,” Harrison will help you find your unique talents and sense of self worth as well as how to discover secrets of other communities that are filled with a wealth of opportunities.

A native of Arizona who received her doctorate in human systems designs, Harrison has worked as a consultant for a number of businesses and conducts community organizational design workshops throughout the United States and Europe.

Books may be pre-ordered through Barnes & Noble in Antioch. For more information, call 925-978-1053.
