A longtime Brentwood resident, William was a popular social studies and government teacher at Liberty Union and served as president on the Brentwood Planning Commission as well as the Delta Memorial Hospital Board.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma, in 2007. William is survived by his sons, David Snow of Los Angeles, and Matthew and Thuy Snow of Berkeley; grandchildren, Nosara and Adrian; brother, Joseph Snow; and sisters, Judith Yesnick, Sylvia Zelinsky and Roslyn Snow.
Interment and services will be held at Sacramento Valley VA Cemetery in Dixon.
