Oakley’s Tanya DeBorba, center, reigned as Queen during the 82nd Flor do Oakley Holy Ghost Festival on Sunday.

Serving as her side maids were the Freedom High School graduate’s friends Michelle Buzas, left, and Hunter Alvarez.

The annual event features a mass, feast and parade, and is held in honor of the philanthropy of Queen Isabel of Portugal.

DeBorba’s will serve as queen at other community events for the next year.
