Adam Leines, a 2009 graduate from Liberty High School who is now a midshipman at the United States Merchant Marine Academy in New York, played his first football game against Gallaudet University Sept. 12.

At halfback he scored a touchdown, carried the ball 13 times for 66 yards, including one run for 35 yards.
