On Sept. 6 at 5 in the evening, Laurie Linscheid and Kevin McCrea exchanged their personal vows in an outdoor ceremony among family and friends at the Martinelli Center at Garre Winery in Livermore.

Laurie, the daughter of Vicki and Herk Linscheid and the late Kathy Linscheid of Brentwood, and granddaughter of the late Melba and Ed Linscheid of Pittsburg, wore the wedding dress of her late mother as her father gave her away. Her brothers and sisters in law were included in the wedding party.

Kevin, the son of Judi and Mike McCrea of Buckeye, Ariz. and grandson of the late John and Kay McCrea of Carson and the late James and Violet Sorensen of Hayward, was accompanied by a wedding party with his sisters and brothers in law.

Matron of honor was Stephanie van Berkum and the attendants included Stacy Rhodes, Connie Suter-Linscheid, Dulcinea Grantham and Erin Libbin. The flower girl was Sophia van Berkum. Kevin’s best man was Maurice DeConge and the groomsmen were Scott Corso, Randy Linscheid, Michael Linscheid and Brian Libbin. The ring bearer was Dominic Corso.

The reception was held at the Martinelli Center, where guests danced the night away in a candlelit outdoor courtyard. The couples enjoyed their honeymoon in Greece and now reside in their new home in Livermore.
