Dec. 14, 8:03 p.m. An unidentified person entered an unsecured residence on Stanwick Street and stole a laptop computer and jewelry.
Dec. 15, 8:34 a.m. A subject texted a resident of Chamomile Lane in violation of a court order.
Dec. 15, 10:27 a.m. On Snapdragon Way, two subjects were engaged in a verbal dispute over a cell phone.
Dec. 15, 11:35 a.m. On Second Street, a subject was contacted regarding a warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Dec. 15, 11:41 a.m. A realtor reported a suspected marijuana cultivation operation at a foreclosed residence on Ray Street, advising that the suspect was the former resident and had vacated the residence earlier in the morning. No marijuana plants were recovered from the residence, but equipment indicative of a marijuana grow operation was found.
Dec. 15, 12:54 p.m. A resident of Camden Court reported that his personal information was obtained and used fraudulently.
Dec. 15, 3:41 p.m. A resident of Nunn Street reported that she found Christmas decorations in her yard.
Dec. 15, 4:24 p.m. Computer equipment was discovered lying on the trail near Minnesota Avenue at Sand Creek Road.
Dec. 15, 5:11 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Balfour Road, a Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office patrol deputy requested assistance in stopping a driver possibly in possession of a handgun. A high-risk stop was conducted and a 9mm handgun was located inside the vehicle. The driver (the sole occupant of the vehicle) was taken into custody.
Dec. 15, 6:08 p.m. On Lone Tree Way at Giannini Ranch, a driver was stopped for displaying registration that was expired for more than six months. The driver was cited and the vehicle was towed.
Dec. 15, 7:50 p.m. An unidentified person entered an unlocked residence on Mesquite Court and stole prescription medication.
Dec. 15, 8:33 p.m. On Minnesota Avenue, an unidentified person stole a bicycle from a rack.
Dec. 15, 10:27 p.m. On Sunset Drive at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving without a license. The vehicle was towed.
Dec. 15, 11:20 p.m. On Sand Creek Road at Highland Way, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving on a suspended license. He was issued a citation and released. The vehicle was towed.
