Feb. 13, 3:57 p.m. Two subjects were identified from surveillance footage of the burglary of a business on Brentwood Boulevard. They confessed to the crime and were released to their parents on Juvenile Affidavits. One of the subjects was discovered to be a runaway.

Feb. 13, 4:06 p.m. An unidentified person stole the mailbox of a residence on Country Glen Lane at Brighton Drive.

Feb. 13, 5:24 p.m. A vehicle stolen on Tango Lane at Charisma Way was recovered in Oakley.

Feb. 13, 8:10 p.m. A subject found lying in bushes on Applewood Commons at Brentwood Boulevard was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 13, 8:30 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Balfour Road, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be in violation of a criminal protective order. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 13, 9:33 p.m. A resident of Ascot Place reported shots coming from the vicinity of Bonnie Lane. An extensive search was conducted, but met with negative results.

Feb. 14, 12:34 a.m. On Balfour Road at the Highway 4 Bypass, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 14, 2:47 p.m. A resident of Empress Lane found five statues on her lawn that did not belong to her.

Feb. 14, 4:57 p.m. Subjects seen trespassing at a swimming pool on Apple Hill Drive were found to be intoxicated and unable to care for themselves. They were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 14, 8:09 p.m. On Lone Tree Way at Fairview Avenue, an unidentified person borrowed a cell phone and left the area without returning it.

Feb. 14, 9:56 p.m. On Sand Creek Road at Fairview Avenue, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving on a withheld license. He was released from the scene on a Notice To Appear. The vehicle was towed.

Feb. 15, 3:34 a.m. On Lone Tree Way, 15 to 20 vehicles engaged in a sideshow and fled when officers attempted to stop them. Officers aborted the pursuit.

Feb. 15, 10:09 a.m. An unidentified person cut through the office wall of a business on Village Drive and stole a petty cash drawer. Estimated loss: $60.

Feb. 15, 3:45 p.m. On Central Boulevard, a subject kicked another subject following an argument. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 15, 6:46 p.m. An unidentified person stole mail from the mailbox of a residence on Fernwood Drive.

Feb. 16, 4:58 p.m. An unidentified person broke into a vehicle parked on Rainier Street and stole a garage door opener.

Feb. 16, 7:36 p.m. An unidentified person entered a school on Birch Street through a window and stole a computer valued at $1,200.

Feb. 16, 11:24 p.m. On Lone Tree Way, a subject stopped on his bicycle for a code violation was found to be under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 17, 8 a.m. An unidentified person entered an unlocked vehicle parked on Atherton Boulevard and stole a stereo, jacket and gloves. Estimated loss: $550.

Feb. 17, 8:45 a.m. Two bicycles were stolen from the front of a residence on Rainier Street.

Feb. 17, 8:55 a.m. On Balfour Road at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for a mechanical violation was found to be driving without a license.

Feb. 17, 10:11 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Oak Street, a subject stopped for a cell-phone violation was found to be driving on an expired license and with expired vehicle registration. The vehicle was towed and stored.

Feb. 17, 11:06 a.m. A subject surrendered several handguns and ammunition for destruction.

Feb. 17, 3:36 p.m. On Crawford Drive, an unidentified person cut wires to path lights and stadium lights. No wires were found missing.

Feb. 17, 4:34 p.m. An unidentified person broke into a vehicle parked on Tradition Way and stole a third-row seat valued at $1,000.

Feb. 17, 5:09 p.m. A vehicle stolen on Balfour Road was recovered in Antioch.

Feb. 18, 12:26 p.m. An unidentified person sent e-mail to a subject at a business on Brentwood Boulevard in violation of a court order.

Feb. 18, 4 p.m. An unidentified person stole three drills from a business on Lone Tree Way. Estimated loss: $498.

Feb. 18, 5:15 p.m. A commercial vehicle parked in a residential area on Minnesota Avenue was towed due to excessive unpaid parking citations.

Feb. 18, 8:18 p.m. A subject asked to leave a residence on Blue Bird Lane refused to do so, was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 18, 10:05 p.m. Near Lone Tree Way at Empire Avenue, a subject assaulted by five or six males sustained visible injuries and was taken to the emergency room at Sutter Delta Medical Center.
