The Recreation Division offers classes, for children and adults, taught by local artist Nancy Roberts. The city is also partnering with the Department of Fish & Game to offer a Hunter’s Safety Course. Returning classes include ballroom dancing, karate, aikido and ballet. As new sessions begin this month, residents are encouraged to sign up soon.
The Recreation Division is also inaugurating the city’s Passport to Parks Month, inviting folks to get out into parks this spring and experience the amenities offered by the city’s parks. Families that answer 12 or more clues on the Passport will receive a special prize.
