March 21, 7:54 p.m. An unidentified person shattered the rear window of a vehicle parked on Brentwood Boulevard.

March 21, 11:38 p.m. Two subjects consuming alcohol on Birch Street were found to be intoxicated and unable to care for themselves or others. They were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

March 22, 8:50 a.m. An unidentified person stole approximately $500 of copper wire from a circuit box on Balfour Road.

March 22, 10:26 a.m. An unidentified person stole copper wire from a park on Claremont Drive.

March 22, 4:54 p.m. A resident of Chamomile Lane received a voicemail message and a text message in violation of a domestic violence restraining order.

March 22, 11:47 p.m. A resident of Demartini Lane reported that his vehicle’s windshield had been damaged. Officers stopped a vehicle leaving the area and questioned four subjects, who admitted to breaking at least six vehicle windshields in the Brentwood and Oakley area with baseball bats. One of the subjects was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. The other three were arrested and released on Juvenile Affidavits.

March 23, 12:54 a.m. An unidentified person stole loudspeakers from a motorcycle parked on Sand Creek Road.

March 23, 8:58 a.m. An unidentified person broke the windshield of a vehicle parked on Shirley Street, pried open the door, stole several items from the vehicle and pried open the hood in an attempt to steal the battery.

March 23, 9:20 a.m. At a business on Lone Tree Way, a subject’s credit card was used without authorization.

March 23, 10:10 a.m. A resident of Brentwood Boulevard reported that her passport from Venezuela had been lost during her move the previous week.

March 23, 3 p.m. A subject exited a business on Lone Tree Way without paying for merchandise. He was placed under citizen’s arrest and released on a Promise To Appear.

March 23, 5:27 p.m. Two subjects on O’Hara Avenue at Central Boulevard were found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Both were arrested and released on Juvenile Affidavits.

March 23, 9:14 p.m. An unidentified person set fire to a wooden fence on American Avenue at Balfour Road.

March 23, 10:09 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Homecoming Way, a subject stopped for vehicle code violation was found to be driving with a suspended license for DUI. He was arrested and released on a Notice To Appear. The vehicle was impounded.

March 23, 11:21 p.m. At a residence on Lone Tree Way at Medallion Drive, a subject was found to be in violation of a domestic violence restraining order. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
