The East County community is invited to support the No Drama Mamas Meetup Group bake sale to benefit the Aaron Tanner Foundation on Saturday, May 8 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Brentwood Farmers’ Market on First Street.

Aaron Tanner (www.saveabrokenheart.com) is a courageous 4-year-old Brentwood boy in desperate need of a rare heart and kidney transplant and is currently waiting for organs to become available. Aaron’s congenital heart condition and subsequent renal failure have led to the need for the double transplant.

The No Drama Mamas Meetup Group is an Oakley/Brentwood-based mom’s group that offers support and friendship in a healthy, fun and non-cliquish environment. No Drama Mamas is a place to meet other moms and dads, make new lifelong friends and, most importantly, provide a positive social interaction and development experience for their little ones.

No Drama Mamas holds a variety of family and play events, plus moms’ night out/in events. The group is looking for members interested in sharing advice, activity ideas, and who crave a no-drama atmosphere. Founded in June of 2006 on www.meetup.com, No Drama Mamas currently comprises 72 families and recently celebrated its 1,000th meetup event. For more information, visit www.meetup.com/nodramamamas.
