Beginning teachers and the veterans who support their job-embedded professional growth recently attended a colloquium held by the Liberty Union High School District’s Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment (BTSA) Induction Program. The colloquium, which featured a variety of activities provoking laughter, collaboration and reflection, took place at Heritage High School and celebrated the teachers’ experiences during the 2009-10 academic year.

In attendance were David Behling, Stefanie Benson, Angie Bottarini, Diana Camacho, Matt Carr, William Cook, Sarah Davies, Lynn DelPurgatorio, Jennifer Derego, Martha Dodson, John Dorr, Mimi Drake, Donna Earle, Elizabeth Eisenhower, Charlie Enos, Natalie Farmer, Elsa Fernandez, Kellie Goldberg, Carol Hardesty, Tacy Heath, Sharon Johnson, Anita Kaddoura, Eirik Kingston, Calob Kriger, Hunter Lower, Jose Madrigal, Sandy McKillup, Jennifer Moller, David Murnane, Mark Neely, Jesse Ortega, Gloria Payette, Sarah Peddie, Scott Pennington, Tammy Pennington, Catalina Rodriguez, Darlene Rodriguez, Erin Smedley, Nichole Spear, Jeff Walters and Christina Zahn.
