Maria’s greatest joy came from being a mother and “Weita.” Her family was her heart and happiness and she devoted herself to them. She was always happy when she saw you. And with a warm and loving heart, she gave back to her community as with her parish, St. Anthony’s, where her presence will be dearly missed. We will always be grateful for all she taught us, the time she shared with us, and the unconditional love she showed us. Socorro will be missed greatly by so many.
She is survived by her husband, Felipe Garcia Sr., children, Juanita (Garcia) Gusimat, Maria De La Luz Garcia, Felipe Garcia Jr. and Jesus Manuel Garcia; grandchildren, Maricela, Tiffany, Renee, Christine, Anastacia, Socorro, Serena, Carlos and Maya; great-grandchildren, Alana, Armando Jr., Noah, Luzmaria, Sergio Jr., Nevaeh, Nicolas, Isaiah, Elijah, Aiyanna, Shani and Isaiah, and many loving relatives.
Loving memories of you will keep bright your light in our hearts as you take with you a piece of ours. We will miss your loving arms and Besos. Until we meet again to walk hand in hand in heaven with Jesus, Amen.
