It seems that Brentwood residents were rightfully skeptical of Proposal F and I am thankful for the efforts of Kathy Griffin and her friends in preserving our city from the urban sprawl that has destroyed other previously charming cities.
Whenever industry is heavily in bed with politicians supporting the same proposals, I am wary. Beyond that, green space, local farms and grazing fields are healthier community choices than additional housing, particularly in a city with hundreds of surplus homes.
Thank you, Kathy, for helping preserve the reason I chose to raise my children in Brentwood.
