Jim and Brenda D’Amico would like to thank everyone who came out on Thursday, July 8 to Black Bear Diner for the steak sandwich barbecue for Dustin Hellen, who was killed in a motorcycle accident.
One -hundred percent of the proceeds went to help Marisa Hellen and her four children: Selena, Isaac, Katelyn and Sierra. Donations for Dustin’s children can be made to the Dustin Hellen Memorial fund at The Bank of the West in Oakley. Look for another steak sandwich barbecue to further help the children. Date to be announced.
Black Bear Diner would also like to thank Mike Pereira and Dave and Susie Gulbransen for always being there to help on any and all fundraisers.
