Raley’s/Nob Hill and SaveMart Stores have recently included the El Campanil Theatre Preservation Foundation among their beneficiaries, granting El Campanil from 1 to 4 percent of grocery purchases. The Quality of Life card and SHARES card – which are not credit or debit cards – communicate to the store that a percentage of your purchase is directed to El Campanil Theatre. There is nothing on the card that identifies the cardholder.

Simply present the card at the register when checking out (but before you pay – whether by cash or credit card). No other action is necessary, and your favorite theater will receive a donation of 1 to 4 percent of your purchase.

To obtain the card, log on to www.elcampaniltheatre.com or leave your name and address at the box office, 602 W. Second St. (925-757-9500), and the theater will mail it to you. If more than one member of your family shops at these stores, just order more cards.
