Thank you for the opportunity and privilege to serve as your representative on our Oakley City Council since City incorporation -- July 1999. The experience I have gained over the years continues to serve me well as we deal with challenging financial times. As Mayor in 2004 and 2009 I have had the opportunity to lead and work with an exceptionally dedicated and professional staff, it is because of our team work we have a City that is on a solid financial foundation. I wish I could say the worst is behind us.... but who knows? The challenge before us will take dedication and experience to guide us through these troubled times. That is why I am asking for your vote.... for the opportunity to serve you once again.
