Customer Care Support Representative
The part-time position of Customer Care Support Representative - is responsible for providing website support of existing customers and future customers. You will be utilizing a variety of methods of communication such as telephone, email, and even SMS. The customer care support representatives will be accountable to driving a seamless experience for our customers that use our digital solutions.
Duties And Responsibilities
Maintaining and updating business directory listings.
Calling existing customers to provide suggestions on maintaining effective websites.
Providing effective professional email correspondence.
Collecting assets such as photos, video, new content and uploading into a Content Management System.
Managing a database of all digital customers.
Identify initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and communicate these to appropriate managers for implementation as needed.
Once trained, our customer support representative will utilizes sales skills to offer related products, and digital solutions to increase customer penetration.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Strong time management skills required.
- Strong understanding of digital solutions (such as website features)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of explaining simple procedures in writing and verbally; good phone skills required.
- Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
Hourly rate will depend on experience but will range from $13-15/hr. This position has opportunity for growth and can possibly grow into a full time position.
