Summer fun

Campers at Twin Tigers Academy of Self Defense do more than practice martial arts. They also enjoy crafts and coloring activities as well as field trips to the swim park.

If you want your children to have fun this summer while learning important life skills, Twin Tigers Self Defense Academy has a program for you.

Many recreation programs in East County offer summer camps, but Twin Tigers offers a camp that focuses on the importance of respect and good manners as well as having fun.

“Kids may have a break from school during the summer, but there is no reason to stop learning,” said Twin Tigers owner Bear Carillo, who has 27 years of martial arts experience. “Our camps teach students self-defense focused martial arts, but we also have a lot of activities, such as crafts and games, and we take field trips. We go bowling; we go to the parks, to the movies. Kids never get bored here.”
