An Eagle Scout

Heritage High School’s Curtis Patrick Watkins, 18, recently achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He has earned 23 merit badges, served over 400 community service hours, as well as garnered several recognition awards and letters from various local and government officials. His Eagle Project arose when he approached officials with the Brentwood Veterans Memorial Building, presenting a plan for construction of a large shed to store supplies and machines. Donations were collected from Lowes in Brentwood, in addition to family and friends. Watkins is part of Troop #90, and his Scoutmaster is John Johnson.
