Do you find yourself wishing that you had a unique piece of jewelry to complete an outfit, or would you like to make a gift for someone special?

Join the City of Oakley Recreation Division’s beading class and you will learn how to create one-of-a-kind jewelry you will be proud to wear or give as a gift. Class projects include earrings, bracelets and necklaces in a variety of patterns and styles.

Beading is for teens and adults and meets on Mondays, from Sept. 18 to Oct. 23, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. All materials are included for the cost $48 for Oakley residents and $58 for nonresidents. Preregistration is required and spaces are limited.
