Tammy Leal is the winner of the City of Oakley’s Hometown Halloween Decorating Contest for her wonderfully creepy arachnid-wrapped home, above. The city sends out their thanks to all the participants who entered their spooktacular homes in the contest and to all who cast a vote for their favorite.
