The Discovery Bay Community Foundation is hosting the “SUP4FUN” standup paddleboard event at the Discovery Bay Marina on Sunday, June 2.

Looking to dust off your stand-up paddleboard (SUP) and kick off the summer season? The Discovery Bay Community Foundation (DBCF) recognizes the SUP community, and invites them to enjoy another “SUP4FUN” event on June 2, at the Discovery Bay Marina. Check-in is at 9:30 a.m. in the Boardwalk Grill parking lot, start time is 10 a.m., and all should be done paddling by 11:30 a.m.

This event is for fun and not a race, so you won’t leave disappointed or empty-handed. Participants will leave the Discovery Bay Marina and paddle to the lighthouse, with several stops at homes along the way before heading back to the marina. Raffle prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the event, including a trip for two on Captain Morgan’s Delta Adventures — worth over $100, plus many more fun prizes.

Registration will include a Hawaiian lei and a beverage koozie. Go to dbcf.info for all the information and to sign up today.
