Hello my name is Eulalio Bazan. I was born and raised in East Contra Costa County. I take great pride in the area in which my family, friends, and neighbors reside. I am a husband, as well as a father of three beautiful children, two of which are attending college. For the past 21 years I have been a steelworker at USS Posco to support my family, but I have always wanted to support my community as well.
This year has brought forth many challenges due to COVID-19. One thing I can say that we all have in common is that none of us have ever faced a global pandemic, we are scared, nervous, and worried wondering when this will all end or even how it will end. You may be asking the questions, “how will this affect my business?” or, “How can I ensure my customers and employees are working in a safe, healthy environment?”
My job is to ease your minds and restore a little bit of peace for employers, employees, customers, and of all businesses in our community. My son Alex and I made a decision that we wanted to build a company that can help with the continuous fight against an invisible enemy that affects not only every single person, but every business as well. We are providing a service that involves an effective and efficient innovative piece of technology that sterilizes and disinfects surfaces, killing 99.9% of all bacteria and germs.
Nowadays, you can never be too safe or too clean. Our business goal is to help mitigate the spread of germs and harmful viruses in our businesses amongst the Bay Area. We are equipped with the necessary tools ”weapons” and are ready to fight against these invisible monsters with you.

What is disinfectant fogging?
Disinfectant fogging involves covering a whole room with a microbial substance that can purify and remove pathogens from air, as well as from surfaces within the room with particle sizes of 0-50μm/Mm (micro-meters/microns). Disinfectant fogging is highly effective at combating pathogens,particularly those that are airborne or carried in respiratory droplets, such as the flu virus or Covid-19 coronavirus.

In Healthcare environments, it is important to understand the fundamental differences between surface protection and disinfection. In addition, the use of SURFACE GUARD 90 is not meant to replace current protocols. Instead, the use of SURFACE GUARD 90 will greatly enhance traditional cleaning methods. With most disinfectants, a ten-minute dwell time on a surface will render most microbes inactive. Unfortunately, disinfectants fall into the category of non-bound technologies. In other words, they off-gas poisons to be effective against microbes. (“BTW Our disinfectant does not use poisons or gases”)By doing this they in effect “give themselves up” and on total evaporation leave little if any residual benefits…dry surface = zero kill. Here is where SURFACE GUARD 90, surface protectant excels. Through the process of splicing Silane and Organo molecules, this combination yields a very efficacious surface treatment. This splicing allows the best properties of a disinfectant to continue working on the surface for up to ninety days. In effect, any surface treated with SURFACE GUARD 90 will have long-term protection. Since the Mode of Action is microbiostatic in nature, it is equally effective on all surfaces. This includes both porous and non-porous surfaces. This is another benefit since most disinfectants are only approved for hard, non-porous surfaces.

Step 1: We hand wipe high touch areas with microfiber towels

Step 2-A: We disinfect and sanitize all surfaces requested and recommended with our powerful EPA registered disinfectant using commercial grade foggers and sprayers.
Step 2-B:We sanitize and disinfect using some of our innovative high power ultraviolet lighting lamps. UV-C lamps are a technology being used in hospitals around the country and in New York on subway trains and many other areas in need of destroying pathogens.
Step 3: In my opinion this final step is just as important as the first two if not more important. After step 1 and 2 have been completed and you now have clean surface areas and touch points, We then apply an EPA registered Antimicrobial coating on all cleaned and disinfected areas which will bond and leave a shield of protection that can help fight off and kill microbes for up to 30 to 90 days depending on traffic.

What is Envirocleanse-A?
Envirocleanse-A is a broad-spectrum, liquid disinfectant that is organic, biodegradable and safe for use on all hard surfaces. Our electrochemical activation takes a brine water, sends it through Envirocleanse’s specialty-designed production units and adds electricity. This reaction causes the saltwater to be separated into an anolyte solution and a catholyte solution.
The anolyte solution, known as Envirocleanse-A (ECA), contains the active ingredient of hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and water. The hypochlorous acid acts as a disinfectant and is the same chemical produced in our own bodies by white blood cells to attack pathogens and fight infections.
ECA replaces chlorine disinfectants and other toxic oxidizing disinfectants. Because ECA is made up of naturally occurring substances, it has been awarded certification from the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI). No masks, gloves, or special equipment is required to use ECA. ECA naturally breaks down into a saltwater solution after degrading.
ECA can be used in any application. ECA’s toxicity rating of 0,0,0,0 makes it gentle enough to use around kids and pets, while its powerful disinfectant properties enable ECA to be highly effective in antimicrobial care.

SurfaceGuard 90 with Organosilane is an antimicrobial coating that inhibits the growth of bacteria, fungi, algae, and mold on surfaces for an extended period of time (30 days to 3 years). SurfaceGuard 90 dries to form a uniform layer of microscopic “spikes” that are deadly to any microorganism. Germs are electrostatically attracted to Organosilane’s spiked surface. The Organosilane molecule then draws the microbe down to its core when the germ is forced to implode (lysis) and dies. SurfaceGuard 90 contains no thickeners, stabilizers, colorants, dyes or additives. It is non-toxic, non-mutagenic, and non-allergenic. SurfaceGuard 90 is safe for use with people, animals and plants. This product is safe for application to a wide variety of surfaces and materials including fabrics, carpet, upholstery, drapes, linens, wood, plastics, stone, porcelain and metals. Application to surfaces produces an invisible, transparent and durable antimicrobial film that will not transfer on contact with other surfaces and is non-leaching on contact with water or solvents. Once the product is dry, the bonded antimicrobial film is non-volatile, odorless and colorless.

What Is UV-C?
The three main types of UV rays are UV-A, UV-B, and UV-C. Their light wavelengths are measured by nanometers (nm)
- UV-A (long wave) from 315 to 400 nm
- UV-B (medium wave) from 280 to 315 nm
- UV-C (short wave) from 200 to 280 nm
Because UV-C light is a high intensity light, UV-C light effectively kills pathogens,viruses and microorganisms by damaging their DNA and RNA, making them unable to replicate (reproduce), which leads to cell death and how close objects/surfaces are to the light. Objects that are closest to the light receive the highest intensity and require shorter period of time to kill microorganisms. Objects that are further away from the light can still be disinfected if their exposure time is increased.
How Does UV-C Light Work For Disinfection?
Wavelengths between 185-254 nanometers are considered germicidal because they have the shortest wavelength, highest energy, and can kill pathogenic microorganisms in the air and on surfaces. This makes the UV-C spectrum the most efficient for killing viruses and bacteria.
UVC lamps can kill up to 99.9% of most viruses, bacteria, yeasts, and mold spores and help prevent future mold growth. Definitely an option if you have mold due to water damage in your home.
How effective the UV-C light is, is determined by how much time and how close objects/surfaces are to the light. Objects that are closest to the light receive the highest intensity and require shorter period of time to kill microorganisms.
Objects that are further away from the light can still be disinfected if their exposure time is increased.
What Are The Advantages Of Sterilizing Using UV-C Light?
Disinfecting with UV-C light eliminates the need to use harsh or potentially toxic chemicals, and no chemical residues are left behind. UV-C light can sanitize both the air and surfaces. Entire rooms can be disinfected; bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry rooms and hampers, etc. Items that might be damaged using traditional disinfectants can be sterilized using UV-C; facial masks, mail, delivered packages, mobile phones, tablets, keyboards, electric shavers, etc. In killing bacteria, you can also eliminate the odors they cause; laundry hampers, refrigerators, freezers, shoes. At a distance of 6 inches away from a surface, UV-C light can kill the average bacteria within 10 seconds. UV-C light can sanitize hard-to-clean nooks and crannies that might be missed with traditional cleaning methods. UV-C light is effective against “superbugs” that are resistant to antibiotics. It can inactivate 90% of spore-forming bacteria within 40 seconds.
How Long Will It Take To Sanitize A Room, Object, Or Surface?
The required time for killing different species/microorganisms varies due to their size and shape, how powerful the light or lamp is, how close the surface is to the light rays, and how long they are exposed. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations related to distance and surface exposure time. For a typical 60 watt light bulb:
- 5 minutes for objects or surfaces within 3-4 feet of the light, such as masks, countertops, cups, bottles, cell phones, clothing, etc
- 5 minutes to treat the air in a 50 square foot room
- 15 minutes to treat the air in a 200 square foot room
- 30-60 minutes to treat the air in a 400 square foot room
